Chicken Adobo(Philipino Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium chicken
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 clove garlic
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut up chicken and garlic and brown in oil.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, water and potatoes, stirring to keep from sticking.
Cook until it has a very light gravy and chicken is done, about 1 hour. Serve over rice.
