Layered Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 very ripe avocados, mashed
    lemon juice
    1 large and 1 small can refried beans
    2 pkg. taco mix (hot or mild)
    1 large container sour cream
    1 can sliced black olives
    chopped green onions
    chopped lettuce
    chopped ripe tomatoes
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mash avocados well.
    Add lemon juice; set aside.
    Mix taco powder with sour cream; set aside.
    Alternate avocados, beans and sour cream mix in layers until all is used up.
    Top with onions, olives, lettuce and tomatoes (put tomatoes on just before serving).
    Very good.
