Oven Fried Coconut Chicken - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. flaked coconut, loosely packed
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix coconut and bread crumbs in a shallow dish.
Beat eggs until foamy in a separate dish.
Pour melted butter into a large baking dish.
Dip chicken in eggs, one piece at a time, then roll in coconut mixture.
