Mama'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and butter; add flour, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Mix all together.
    For 18 layer cake, put 2 tablespoons of batter in pans and bake at 500\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    For 12 layer cake, put 1/3 cup of batter in pans and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
