Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slightly beaten eggs
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except whole kernel corn.
Fold in corn.
Bake in a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife tests clean.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
