Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped meat, browned and drained
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can sliced black olives
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium-large pkg. Doritos tortilla chips, crushed
Preparation
    Simmer browned chopped meat with kidney beans for 10 minutes and drain.
    Allow to cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients together. Add meat and beans.
    Add dressing.
