Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour (cake)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. peeled, chopped finely apple
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat butter on medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Mix at low speed after each addition, just until blended.
Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan. Combine finely chopped apples and next 3 ingredients; spoon over batter in pan, leaving a 1/2-inch border around center and outer edges.
Add remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
