Uncooked Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box figs, chopped
1 c. candied red cherries
1 c. candied green cherries
3 c. walnuts or pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sherry wine flavoring
1 c. diced candied citrons (optional)
2 (15 oz.) boxes raisins
1 (8 oz.) box dates, chopped
2 c. cooked pitted prunes, drained
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 (1 lb.) boxes graham crackers, rolled fine
1 c. honey
Preparation

Cream butter, honey, flavoring and prunes.
Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs and other ingredients.
Have molds (round or oblong) well-greased.
Pack cake firm in mold.
Decorate with red, green and white candied pineapple slices.
Let set in mold at least 24 hours in refrigerator.
