Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. corn chips
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can chili
Preparation

Layer 2 cups of corn chips, onion, 1/2 cup cheese and chili in a 1-quart casserole.
Top with remaining corn chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and continue baking 5 minutes.
Garnish with sour cream and ripe olives (optional).
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
