Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cabbage leaves
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can tomato soup
    2/3 soup can water
Preparation
    Partially cook cabbage leaves in boiling salt water about 2 minutes; remove from water and drain.
    Combine next 6 ingredients; divide meat mixture into 12 parts and wrap each portion in a cabbage leaf.
    Secure with toothpick.
    Place in baking dish.
    Mix tomato soup with water and pour over cabbage leaves.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
