Mom'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 qt. peaches
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 scant c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put peaches in melted butter.
    Mix flour, sugar and baking powder and add milk.
    Pour over peaches.
    Bake until brown on top, 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0. May use 1 quart of any fruit with juice.
