Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
    2 large onions, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 stick margarine
    2 tubes crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil broccoli and onions until tender.
    Salt and pepper. Drain.
    Mix broccoli and cheese, put in a casserole dish.
    Melt margarine in bowl in microwave and put Ritz crackers in margarine. Mix well.
    Top casserole with cracker mix.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
