Spinach Salad With Sweet Parsley Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
cracked black pepper to taste
1 bunch spinach torn into bite-sized pieces
6 slices bacon, crisp & crumbled
1/2 c shredded Jarlsberg cheese

Preparation

In a screw-top jar combine first 8 ingredients.
Cover and shake well.
Chill for at least an hour.
