Scalloped Bacon And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
10 to 12 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Place a layer of egg slices in 8-inch square dish. Cover with half the cheese sauce, half the potato chips and half the bacon. Repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
