Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
Preparation

Grease potatoes well and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until soft.
Split lengthwise; scoop out center into mixing bowl and set shells aside.
Add butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and cheese to potatoes and mash until well mixed.
Mound into shells. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned on top.
May be frozen after filling and baked for about 40 minutes when ready to use.
