Tomato-Raspberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled tomatoes, chopped
    4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 large pkg. raspberry gelatin
Preparation
    Bring
    tomatoes, sugar and lemon juice to boil; boil 20 minutes.
    With
    heat
    off,
    stir in gelatin.
    Let stand 5 minutes. When cool, pour into containers and freeze.
