Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 stick butter
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a saucepan, put butter, milk and flour over low fire.
    Stir continuously to prevent lumping.
    Boil until it is as thick as mayonnaise.
    Remove from heat and let cool.
    When sauce is cold, add as much Hellmann's mayonnaise as sauce.
    Add garlic to taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
