Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Preparation

Trim all fat and excess from meat.
Wash in cold salt water. Rinse meat at least twice to remove salt.
Let soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
Drain all water from meat.
Sprinkle with meat tenderizer on both sides.
Place meat in a deep pan.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator, marinate in Viva Italian dressing.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Remove and drain excess dressing.
Do not wash.
Meat is ready for grill.
