5-Way Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    2 large onions
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 large bay leaves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 clove garlic (whole)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 large can kidney beans, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Add all ingredients.
    Simmer 3 to 4 hours. Remove garlic clove and bay leaves.
