Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 c. raw potatoes, sliced 1/4 to 1/2-inch
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add flour and salt.
Stir milk in slowly. Cook until thickens.
Now add slices potatoes and bring milk mixture and potatoes back to a boil.
Pour into a buttered dish. Dot with margarine and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
