Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 cube melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. pecan halves
    3/4 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix syrup and sugar.
    Add melted butter.
    Mix in eggs and vanilla.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Place pecan pieces in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Pour filling over pecan pieces and cover with pecan halves.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
