Tangy Cranberry Conserve - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. prepared mincemeat
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly. Store in refrigerator until serving time. Makes 2 cups.
