Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In casserole dish, stir peanuts, sugar, Karo syrup and salt. Cook 4 minutes in microwave on High.
    Take out and stir.
    Return to microwave for 4 minutes on High power.
    Take out, stir in butter and vanilla.
    Cook 2 minutes on High, take out and add baking soda.
    Stir until foamy.
    Immediately pour onto lightly greased baking sheet, spread out thin with back of spoon.
    Let cool (refrigerate 10 minutes).
    Break apart and store in tight container.
