Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper
1 c. uncooked Minute rice
32 oz. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
oregano
garlic salt
onion salt
Preparation

Mix ground beef and seasonings together (Worcestershire sauce, onion,
salt,
pepper,
oregano, garlic salt and onion salt). Add
uncooked
rice.
In
deep
skillet or large Dutch oven,
put tomato
juice,
sugar
and a little Worcestershire sauce.
Make meat mixture into balls.
Place in sauce and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours on low or simmer.
