Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small boxes or 1 large lemon Jell-O
3 c. boiling water
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can pineapple
1 c. diced celery
1 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Mix Jell-O and water.
Beat cream cheese; add a little of the hot mixture and beat well.
Add Cool Whip and beat.
Add to Jell-O.
Add celery and pineapple.
Chill until set.
Chopped nuts may be added or sprinkled on top.
