Pasta Lacqua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/2 lb. green beans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. chicken stock
    1 oz. white wine
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook green beans al dente.
    Melt butter over medium heat; do not brown.
    Add diced tomatoes and toss.
    Add chicken stock and wine.
    Let boil.
    Add cheese and al dente green beans.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Toss with fettucine.
