Oven-Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. water
    8 (6 oz.) catfish
    vegetable cooking spray
    lemon
Preparation
    Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl; set aside.
    Combine mayonnaise, water and lemon juice.
    Stir well.
    Dip fish in mayonnaise mixture.
    Dredge in bread crumbs.
    Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Yields 8 servings (197 calories and 24% fat per serving).
