Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts; stir just until moistened.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Check with toothpick.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
