Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients and cut into shortening.
Combine egg and milk with a fork.
Add to first mixture.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 14 minutes.
Very light and delicious.
