Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Layer coconut; layer pecans.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Spread over pecans.
Mix together margarine, powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Glob over cake by teaspoonfuls.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cake will be shakey but will set up when cool.
