Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium ripe avocados
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans bean dip
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. green onion, chopped
    3 1/2 oz. pitted ripe olives (optional)
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium size bowl, with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in another bowl.
