German Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
4 slices bacon
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cook potatoes with skins on; salt lightly.
Put cold water on them to hasten cooling to handle.
Peel and cut into cubes.
Mince bacon; fry until crisp.
Combine onion, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard; heat.
Add potatoes, bacon and parsley. Heat slowly and mix to flavor potatoes.
