Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in its own juice
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 large bag regular marshmallows
    1 c. coconut or to taste
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    lettuce leaves (dark green outer ones)
Preparation
    Mix coconut, sour cream and the entire bag of marshmallows, torn into halves.
    Drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice.
    Add pineapple.
    Drain mandarin oranges and discard juice.
    Add oranges to mixture, reserving about 1 dozen to garnish.
    Blend together gently.
    Add some juice and mix again.
    Refrigerate.
