My Hawaiian Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant), made
    1 small can pineapple chunks (no juice)
    1/2 c. red cherries, cut up
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. any kind nuts (optional)
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon
    approximately 1/2 capful anise
    1 1/2 capfuls rum extract
    1 1/2 capfuls cherry extract (may use cherry juice)
    1 capful orange and lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly, about 3 to 4 minutes.
