Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 stick butter
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Saute onion and shrimp in butter until tender.
    Add broccoli; simmer 5 minutes.
    Add cheese soup and rice.
    Put mixture in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
