Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked meat from 4 chicken breasts
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 (8 oz.) jars pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sliced green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced onion
Preparation
    Brown chicken in melted margarine.
    Remove chicken from pan. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in skillet.
    Gradually add vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple juice.
    Stir. Cook over medium heat until thick.
    You may need to add about 1/2 cup water. Add pineapple, green pepper, onion and chicken.
    Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
