Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white Shoe Peg corn or regular corn, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil (corn oil) or Wesson
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper; add to other ingredients. Set in refrigerator overnight, then drain and serve.
