Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken parts
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a shallow bowl or bag.
Melt butter and shortening in pan.
Place chicken skin side down.
Cook, uncovered, 30 minutes.
Turn chicken; cook, uncovered, 30 minutes more.
