Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
2 Tbsp. lo-cal margarine, melted
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
paprika
Preparation

Halve potatoes lengthwise and slice into 1/2-inch thick strips.
Put margarine and olive oil in bowl.
Add potatoes, tossing to coat well.
Arrange potato strips in single layer on nonstick baking sheet.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
