Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 corn tortillas
4 cans cream of chicken soup
2 large cans chopped green chilies
1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground sirloin
4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 large red onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Brown beef and onion.
Add chilies.
Heat through.
Add soup and milk to meat and heat through.
Put thin layer of sauce in bottom of baking dish.
Put each tortilla into sauce and cover with sauce.
When bottom of dish is covered with one layer of tortillas, sprinkle layer of cheese.
Keep layering until sauce and tortillas are used.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
