Hearty Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 green pepper, diced fine
    dehydrated onion flakes to taste
    oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients in a deep bowl with a fork.
    Pour into heated, nonstick frypan.
    Brown on one side; turn carefully and brown the other side.
    Also good for a light meal in the evening.
