Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked
12 oz. spaghetti noodles
1 can diced Ro-Tel
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded or cubed
1 can English peas
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Saute green pepper in margarine.
Add spaghetti, Ro-Tel, pepper and onion to cooked chicken.
Stir well until melted.
Add peas and mushrooms.
Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Feeds 10 people.
Freezes well.
