Smoked Sausage Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. turkey smoked sausage, sliced
3/4 c. Italian salad dressing
6 c. lettuce, torn
8 leaves romaine lettuce, torn
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cucumber, sliced
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
3 oz. black olives, sliced
4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
4 green onions, sliced
Preparation
-
Brown smoked, sliced sausage in a skillet and drain well on paper towels.
Arrange lettuce on a large serving dish and top with vegetables and sausage.
Add Feta cheese.
Pour dressing over salad and serve.
Total preparation and cooking time:
15 to 20 minutes.
