Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. chili or barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning, grounded
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. crumbs (bread, crackers or oats)
    1 diced carrot
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix well in large bowl.
    Either divide and make 2 small loaves or make 1 large, topping both with tomato catsup.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for about 2 1/2 hours.
    Pack small potatoes and carrots around meat loaf.
    Cover with foil and cook the same as meat loaf.
