Quick Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chicken or deboned, cooked chicken, cut in strips
1 pkg. burrito shells
1 large jar picante sauce
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Warm shells slightly to prevent cracking.
In each shell, place chicken, a sprinkling of cheese and 1 tablespoon picante sauce.
Roll and place in greased baking dish.
Continue with each roll.
Pour remaining picante sauce and spread cheese evenly over dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
