2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. butter
2 Tbsp. hot water
2 pie crusts
Preparation

Melt the cup of butter.
Beat the two eggs thoroughly.
Add the melted butter to the eggs and beat.
Add the two tablespoons of water and the cup of sugar. Beat until all ingredients are mixed well. Pour the mixture in the pie crusts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, until the mixture is \"set.\"
