Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 or 3 drops red food color
Preparation

Beat
cream cheese with milk until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, blend.
Press small amounts into candy molds. Remove from
molds
and
air
dry at room temperature, 4 to 6 hours. Store in airtight containers.
Yields 4 dozen.
