Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 rounded Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. coconut
beaten egg whites
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients and cook until thickened.
After cooling, stir in 1 1/2 cups coconut. Top with beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coconut on top. Brown in a 400\u00b0 oven about 8 or 9 minutes.
