Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 small onion
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Chop onion in ground beef and drain well. Mix pork and beans with ground beef; set aside.
Mix Jiffy mix, egg and milk together.
Stir enough to moisten well.
Pour ground beef and pork and beans into casserole dish.
Pour corn bread mixture over beef and bake until golden brown for about 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Will serve 4.
