Pastitos(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a saucepan.
    Blend in the flour until smooth.
    Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly, to the boiling point.
    Mix in 1/4 cup of the cheese and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Beat the egg in a bowl.
    Gradually add the hot sauce, beating constantly, to prevent curdling.
    Taste for seasoning.
